Deluge,Lite Torrent Alternative to by pass throttle

Nowadays, with the increasing user of broadband internet all around the world. ISP are trying to stop and control user by throttle their bandwith on certain torrent site. For torrent user there a lot of alternative.
Have u experienced slow download when you using torrent client software... ? it's because your ISP throttled your line .. lol. serve your right...

ok, on internet, many of us are discussing online on how to bypass throttled including using the VPN client.. but .. the problem is we must pay to use VPN service. Thanks tu Deluge software.. superb lightweight torrent client .. full encrypted data... let's kick your ISP CISCO . lol..

Windows/Mac/Linux: Freeware application Deluge is a lightweight, cross-platform BitTorrent client. Aside from the standard BitTorrent functionality (you know, downloading), Deluge has a—dare I say—flood of great features for such a young client, including a web interface (like uTorrent and Transmission), full encryption, RSS support, and a plug-in system for adding even more functionality. In fact, if anything Deluge is an attempt at building a cross-platform BitTorrent client with the chops of the popular Windows-only uTorrent, and so far it looks promising. Deluge is free, open source, works on Windows, Mac, and Linux. via Lifehacker
